Sober House News

The Sober House journey has come to an end.  After 21 days of support for living drug and alcohol free, the residents were gearing up for real life again.  They were full of hugs and hope; however, some were fearful of the challenges ahead.
 
Dennis Rodman had a contractual event to attend in Canada so he had to leave a tad early.  He admitted that he’d be expected to party and would probably drink.  Dr. Drew gave it one last shot to deter Dennis

Last night on Sober House, Dr. Drew discussed the patients’ plans once they were sent home.  Everyone seemed pumped about building a new life.  However, Heidi Fleiss said she’s going back home to her birds.  Drew attempted to convince her that she needed to create a fresh start and knock out all the old familiarities that would lead to using again.  She shrugged her shoulders and Dennis Rodman said he thinks Heidi will go back to her old ways when she gets home.

Last night on Sober House, the residents seemed to have squashed the beef and were moving on. However, house manager Jenn didn't bounce back that quickly.  The nasty house and lazy, ungrateful addicts were on her last nerve.  Nno matter what Jenn said or did, it didn't seem to spark the cleaning bug in anybody.  During the morning group meditation, Jenn lashed out about the dirty house and the residents' behavior.  They all sulked like scolded children.  Heidi Fleiss spat back for Jenn to pray for

This week on Sober House, we waited all week to see if Tom Sizemore and Mike Starr really duked it out.  It was a no show as no punches were thrown and the boys were broken apart.  Dr. Drew made a special daddy trip to the house to get the residents back in check.
 
It was obvious to everyone that it was Heidi Fleiss' immature actions that triggered Tom to flip out.  When Dr. Drew talked with Heidi, he STILL beat around the bush as to
