Kathryn meets with her office manager at home to discuss her upcoming book tour when she receives a call from the office that Shannon Factor called and they are having structural issues with the beach house and the stairs are being ripped out and Shannon is blaming Kathryn, this to the disagreement of Kathryn.

Kathryn kicks it off this week and has her limited amount of camera time for this episode, as she meets with Shannon Factor about the beach house one more time. They are a few weeks away from install and going over furniture needs. Later in episode they go shopping together for furniture and it goes over pretty smooth compared to other episodes with thee two.

We get to see Kathryn first as she is packing with her crazy housekeeper, Jacqueline, for her trip to London. She is working on a country home for her ex, James, in London and going to do some more work on the renovations.
 
Jeffrey and Ross are working on the restaurant remodel and the owner has signed off on the design and they are ready for construction to begin, however Jeffrey can't get past

Martyn continues his work with some major celebrities, as this week he is working with Daisy Fuentes is redecorating a room in her new home. She has some huge walls in her home, so he is going to incorporate an image of Cuba onto a wall that Daisy picked out...a big risk if she doesn't like it.
