Last night, on the season finale of Tabatha's Salon Takeover, Tabatha visited four salons that she'd taken over in previous seasons. She started with Tantrum Salon in Covina, CA, which she visited about a year ago. The owners had issues with their strained relationship, as well as a problem with cockroaches. In the course of a week, she revamped the entire staff, including their haircutting skills, excuses, and their attitudes.
Upon returning to Tantrum after one year, Tabatha found that the salon was extremely

Last night, Tabatha took over Concerto Salon in Valencia, CA. Nick, the owner, has lost the respect of everyone in the salon. One of his stylists, Sabina, is a domineering tyrant who rules the salon with an iron fist, and she degrades Nick constantly. The stylists need structure, and Nick seemed unable to step up and give it.
Nick wanted to manage the salon and not work behind the chair, but that plan hasn't worked out for him. His management skills are severely lacking.

Last night on Tabatha's Salon Takeover, we visited the absolute mess that was BQute Salon in Palmdale, California. The salon is run by a married couple, Frank and Shannon, who argue constantly in front of everyone. The salon has been open for six months and they're $80,000 in debt.
Tabatha met up with Frank and Shannon, to discuss the problems in the salon. Frank is supposed to be the salon manager, while Shannon is supposed to be an owner and stylist. Tabatha

Last night, Tabatha took over A Touch of Elegance Salon in Tewksbury, MA, a salon that has been in business for three years. Debbie, the owner, had suffered a staff walkout and has since been having a lot of trouble running the salon. The stylists all said that Debbie is the real problem, because she's very condescending and clients don't want to deal with her.
During Salon Undercover, Debbie stated that nine stylists walked out of the salon, taking valuable clients with

Last night, Tabatha took over the Avanti salon on Newbury Street in Boston. The salon has been in business for 20 years, has an insubordinate staff, and there are no consequences for anyone. The salon is owned by a man named Alex, who has no backbone and cannot manage.
Tabatha meets Alex, who explains that he cannot control his staff and doesn't know how to. He's about $60,000 in debt, and the salon is consistently slow, while other salons on the block flourish. There
