RC: How did you end up becoming part of the pit crew on this season's Road Rules?
Dan: I actually originally applied to be on Real World. I went through the process & during the finals, they said they were doing Road Rules again. They explained the show to me & I ended up getting picked for that.
RC: Did the original Road Rulers know that the pit crew was going to be part of this season?
Dan: I'm not sure. I DO know for a fact they didn't know we were going to be at the launch special

Last week we were supposed to see Corey Hill fight Gabe Ruediger, and everyone expected to see both guys drop some bombs since both had talked a tough game the entire season. Unfortunately Gabe didn't make weight, and in turn the only bombs dropped were the F bombs that Dana White had in store for Gabe. Since he didn't make weight, Team Pulver got to choose the next two fights, with the winner of the second fight taking control of the fight choices for next time. There's some bad blood going into this week as well, since the entire cast got the chance to hear Dustin say some not so nice things to the camera about Cledus, Da Brat and Kimberly. Instead of taking the higher road and apologizing, he played the victim and tried to blame everyone else for not sympathizing with him. When he tried to leave, Ross and Maureen talked him out of it.
