Last night, on Hell's Kitchen, Chef Ramsay sent home two members of the blue team, Raj and Louis. Both performed poorly in the kitchen but Raj was sent home during an elimination when it should have been one of the losing members of the red team walking out the door. Today, the two chefs spoke to RealityWanted in an exclusive interview and gave their thoughts on Chef Ramsay, their teammates, and their performances in Hell's Kitchen

The second hour of Hell's Kitchen begins with Chef Ramsay calling out the chefs who smoke and asking them to quit for 48 hours because of the impact smoking has on the palate. The chefs seemed up for the test as Gordy introduces the next challenge. The thing that sets great chefs apart from good ones is their ability to create something unique out of something simple like ravioli for example. The task for each chef is to show their creativity while creating a unique ravioli

Another two hour Hell's Kitchen episode began with an early morning rude awakening. The contestants were woken up by a group paramedics storming through their rooms and running a multitude of physical tests on each person. As the EMT's completed the physical examinations, the chefs meet Ramsay in Hell's Kitchen for an explanation of the strange wake-up call.
