Last week, on the season premiere of The Biggest Loser, Bob and Jillian traveled around the country to find the newest group of contestants for season 10. In each city, they met with three finalists who participated in a competition to make it onto the show. Two would move on to the Biggest Loser ranch while the other was left behind. Montina Cooper was one of the unlucky hopefuls who didn't make it onto the show but her journey isn't over yet.

Last week, The Hoff was the first to go home. This week the celebrities have to tackle the intense and fast movement of the Quick Step or the Jive. Both dances require stamina and sharp footwork, so I’m anxious to see how the celebrities handle it.

Breakdown: Rick Fox ended his NBA career because of a ruptured tendon in his foot. This means there are certain dance moves he just can’t do easily. I liked the “Tush” shout.

On the season premiere of The Amazing Race, 11 teams started in Gloucester, MA but only 10 teams moved on past the leg that ended in London, England. Along the first leg, they visited Stonehenge, climbed a tower, road tiny boats, and catapulted watermelons at a knight. Last night's premiere of The Amazing Race saw the 11 teams starting their journey on the east coast in Gloucester, MA.
