Tonight, on Survivor: Nicaragua, the contestants are thrown for a complete and total loop when Probst shocks them with the news that the tribes are going to be switched up. Everyone draws rocks to determine team captains and the lucky two are Brenda and Holly. Brenda chooses 3 members of Espada to bring to her tribe while Holly chooses 4 members of La Flor to bring to hers. Brenda loses her entire alliance, when Holly takes Chase and NaOnka from her.

Last night on The Biggest Loser, it was another Survivor-esque twist with the reveal of the golden medal of weight-gain! It's game on now, since the only way to win it is for the contestants to complete the temptation: a giant cupcake hunt.
