For centuries the tattoo industry has been dominated by men. In TLC's new series LA INK the glass ceiling is shattered as three of the most respected female tattoo artists, along with one legendary male artist, come together to work at the newest and hottest tattoo shop in LA. Joining shop owner Kat Von D at LA INK are renowned tattoo artists Kim Saigh, Hannah Aitchison and Kat's mentor, Corey Miller. The shop manager holding everything together is Kat's good friend, Pixie. With the majority of the artists in the shop being woman, LA INK shows that great art shares no gender bias.

Tonight was the premiere of ABC's Fat March, and I was definitely impressed. As the contestants were weighed in and introduced, we got a taste of who was going to drive us nuts (Kim), and who we'd fall in love with instantly (Anthony).

Typical of a group of overweight people, when it was announced by Co-Hosts and Trainers Lorrie Henry and Steve Pfiester that they would be starting their journey at the Boston Marathon, grumblings arose, and comments like "Did you forget we're still fat?" could be heard. From the start of the walk, it was apparent to those watching that Kim just wasn't going to do it. Remembering a past conversation I had with Steve, I could see his frustration when he was walking behind with Kim, trying to find something to reach her. Disheartened, there was nothing he could do but stand by and watch her quit on Day 3, costing each of the other teammates $10,000.

POWER OF 10 is a high-stakes, primetime game show where contestants compete for the chance to win $10 million. The contestant who can most accurately predict the American public's response to intriguing poll questions could walk away winning millions. POWER OF 10 reaches out across America to poll thousands of people and ask them, well, just about everything - from "What percentage of Americans said they were virgins the day they got married?" to "How many Americans believe they are smarter than president George W. Bush?" Each week contestants will be tested to see if they have their finger on the pulse of the people and can accurately predict the results of the nationwide surveys. With the first question worth $1,000 and only five questions to answer, and each one increasing 10 times in value, the contestant who has the best take on the American mindset could walk away with a $10 million payday.

After Joey was sent packing his knives in tears last week, Bravo's Emmy-nominated "Top Chef 3 Miami" returns as the nine remaining chef'testants' are challenged to whip up ice cream and creative toppings (Wed, August 8 at 10 - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT). Later, the chefs must prepare the perfect "hangover" snack. Guest judge Govind Armstrong (Chef and owner of Table 8 in Los Angeles and Miami), who counts Janet Jackson, LA Reid and Mark Wahlberg among his celebrity clientele, joins the judges' table this week alongside Tom Colicchio, Padma Lakshmi, Ted Allen and Gail Simmons. It's an epic, life-changing journey that begins at the starting line for the Boston Marathon and ends in Washington, DC. The contestants and their two charismatic fitness trainers, Steve Pfiester and Lorrie Henry, will walk over 570 miles, passing through nine states, with the goal of shedding unwanted pounds and getting fit along the way in an attempt to permanently alter their lives. In addition, they all will compete for a prize pool of $1.2 million.
