Last time on The Biggest Loser: Couples, it came down to Filipe and Ron. Tara and Helen felt no allegiance to either of the two, and both decided to send Filipe home, leaving four in the competition.

This week, the first of many inspirational montages kicks off the show, where each contestant is featured on the first day, then 17 weeks later. Before their final weigh-in on campus, Allison informs them that they will all be spending 30 days at home.

It’s almost time for the end of this season of American Idol, my friends, and honestly, it’s anybody’s game.  I’m sure there are a large majority of you out there that thinks that Adam has this thing in the bag.  His arrogance could be his undoing and that seemed obvious after he landed in the bottom three last week.  Hopefully, he learned his lesson… seriously, who are we kidding?  This could be the strongest Top 4 the show has ever seen and it’s rocker night tonight, complete with solos and duets,

Never, in the history of The Amazing Race, has a team gone out quite like Jen and Kisha did this season.  After overcoming several obstacles, such as an extreme fear of water and a U-Turn, Jen and Kisha fought their way back and ended up in a foot race with Jaime and Cara for third place.  Jen, however, drank a bit too much water in an eating challenge and needed to stop for a bathroom break at the pit stop.  That stop ended

It’s the finale baby!  Craig told the final five house guests to wear sneakers for the first challenge “Excess Baggage”.  This game was created in reference to previous reality TV contestants having drama in their life - which essentially caused elimination!

The players had to make their way across a 40ft plank that hovered 300+ feet over the Pacific.  Along the way, they had to release all of the luggage bags hanging beneath the plank and make it back to the starting point.  The player with the fastest time at
