Tonight's episode began with Kayla asking everyone how elimination felt, and all the girls were happy that Kacey was eliminated. Kendal said that she's a shy quiet girl, and she needs to turn it up a notch. Back at the house, Esther said she felt lucky to be there, and wants to stay true to herself. She's a modern Orthodox Jew, and has to work hard to make sure that everything she eats is kosher.

Dancing with the
Stars jumped right into the 5th episode by bringing out the
lowest two scoring couples. Kyle and Lacey and Bristol and Mark were seen
standing on the stage as the show began. Kyle and Lacey were the first safe
couple of the night. Bristol and Mark were also safe allowing the two lowest
scoring couples to come back next week to perform.
Encore performance went to a couple that all three judges
loved. Brandy and Maks performed their quickstep

Last night on The Biggest Loser, it was the biggest night of twists yet as one player re-joined the game and a calculating plot left viewers and contestants alike feeling confused and betrayed.
The first order of business: a new contestant. The five people from the beginning of the show who never made it on initially (or the first time someone returned) came back for a weigh-in to determine who would be coming back. The weigh-in results were:
Anna: -39 (-11.82%)
Sandy: -25 (-9.65%)
