Francois Payard joins Gail in the kitchen for the Quickfire Challenge. He wants our final five chefs to create the perfect pie. Seems simple enough, right? Wrong. Our cheftestants are creating a pie using only one hand.
After some expected hilarity due to the one-handed pastry bandits, err chefs, Francois reveals his thoughts. Sally and Chris are his least favorites. He thought Sally's dough was too tough and that Chris' banana cream pie lacked, well, banana.

This week on The Real World: San Diego, Frank gets drunk and crazy and Nate gets a little uncomfortable with Frank being gay.
Zach wants a pet pig really bad so he is in the process of adopting one.
Sam wanted to go to a gay club so Frank said he would join, but everyone else felt uncomfortable so they went somewhere else.
Frank seemed pretty uncomfortable to be around gay men at first, but he quickly warmed up to them

This week's episode began with Angelea saying that the other girls underestimate her, and that it felt good going from the bottom two the week before all the way to best photo.
