Farrah Abraham, best known from 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom, wants more lip fillers. Over 2 1/2 years she's had two breast augmentations, a rhinoplasty and a chin implant. She feels it is her responsibility as a reality star to always look her best and after pregnancy her features changed. Once she found lip fillers she also found that they aren't permanent. She went looking for a permanent implant and ended up botched with massive lips due to an allergic reaction. Farrah is asking Dr. Dubrow to to fix the extreme

Bryce and Amber are from Garden Grove, are "seriously dating" and are 200 pounds overweight. Amber uses food to push away emotions mostly stemming from abandonment issues regarding her father. She has never shown Bryce her body even in a bikini. Bryce focused on his business of modifying cars instead of his marriage and once his ex wife left he gained another 65 pounds on top of his already large frame.
