Farrah Abraham, best known from 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom, wants more lip fillers. Over 2 1/2 years she's had two breast augmentations, a rhinoplasty and a chin implant. She feels it is her responsibility as a reality star to always look her best and after pregnancy her features changed. Once she found lip fillers she also found that they aren't permanent. She went looking for a permanent implant and ended up botched with massive lips due to an allergic reaction. Farrah is asking Dr. Dubrow to to fix the extreme swelling. He gives her a steroid, benadryl and an antibiotic to fix the allergic reaction. Her ultimate goal is to get the implant she wants but do it in a "safe" way. At her follow-up appointment she divulges that her original surgeon was actually concerned and caring which means that he did nothing wrong but Farrah proceeded to bash him on social media. The doctors are apprehensive to help her because of the chance that she will bash them as well. Dr. Nassif wants to prevent her from future procedures and problems by encouraging her to not go through with the implant surgery.

Eric has a saggy belly. When he lost his dad at 7 he began comfort eating. His career is selling breast implants and liposuction equipment. He went to Mexico for a procedure for a band and four years later it eroded, he then began gaining all of the weight back. He went back to the same doctor and quickly found that he had intense scar tissue blocking things. He had been in the ICU more than once due to sepsis and a blood infection, as well as full blown congestive heart failure. It eventually ruined his marriage. He now is the surgery coordinator of Dr. Dubrows' and wants to take advantage of this relationship. The most difficult issue is the thinning structures of Eric's abdomen. However, Dr. Durbrow believes the benefits outweigh the risks. Dr. Dubrow elevates the skin and fixes the abdominal wall, and removes all of the old scar. At his home visit Dr. Dubrow finds that Eric has a low pain threshold and high narcotics threshold. Not good. But ultimately he wants Eric to know that if he doesn't work out and treat himself well he's being a wimp. Take care of yourself, dammit because now you look amazing!

Jessa was in a car wreck with her dad when she was 18. Her father died in the accident and Jessa's nose was broken. After six reconstructive surgeries but it never looked the same. Her last surgery ended up looking even worse. She is looking to Dr. Nassif to fix the a-symmetry so that she no longer thinks of the wreck when she looks in the mirror. There's a risk of tissue death due to the fact that this will be her 7th surgery. During her consultation the doctors find that she has a temporal cave that they can fill in with fat to make less noticeable. They even offer to fix the scar on the top of her head, to try and erase as many scars as possible so that she can heal emotionally. Dr. Nassif doesn't feel great about Jessa's nasal surgery. He tried to get it straight but ultimately couldn't do it which means it could go back exactly where it was before. He considers it about 70% better but she considers it so much better that all is forgiven.
