Bear Grylls takes on unforgiving desert heat in this week's episode of Man Vs. Wild. North Africa plays host as Bear travels to the western edge of the Sahara desert. Dubbed by many as "the mother of all deserts," this "vast-less" territory is 3.5 million square miles; the equivalent of the United States' mainland. Because this desert claims hundreds of lives every year, Bear will show us how to survive under the Sahara sun long enough to make our way back to civilization.

Last night, on American Idol, the remaining 71 contestants were divided into three rooms for the good or bad news to be delivered to them. For two of the rooms, it would be good news. They'd move on to the Top 46, the home stretch for making the Top 24 and landing a spot on the show. For the third room, it means a plane ticket home. On the season premiere of The Amazing Race 16, 11 teams set out on a race around with the world, with their first stop in Chile. There, the teams had to complete a Road Block, in which one member would have to walk across a wire suspended in the air - a task that requires both a lot of strength and a lot of balance. For Adrian, the task was extremely challenging, given his size and, more importantly, his
