In the second hour of Hell's Kitchen tonight, Chef Ramsay asks the contestants to meet him at one of L.A.'s oldest restaurants, Philippe. It's been around for over 100 years and is known for their outstanding French Dip sandwich. They all sit down together to try out the sandwich, prompting Chef Ramsay to explain their challenge. They'll have to create a gourmet sandwich that's just as good as the one they just ate. That's a tall order!

When we last left the chefs on Hell's Kitchen, Ben was sent to the read team to try and help them get it together to win a challenge or two. At the restaurant, Chef Ramsay introduces a couple that has been married for 50 years which, especially in this day in age, you have to respect. For their first challenge tonight, teams will have to update 3 classic dishes that the couple had at their wedding 50 years ago and put a modern spin on it.
