Last night on American Idol, it was the battle for the semifinals. Each contestant was given two songs to sing: one that "inspires them" (cue the groans from the audience, since we've seen enough crying this season), and another song from the Leiber & Stoller songbook with tutoring from none other than Lady Gaga.

I've been waiting for a week to see what Matt's reaction would be when Andrea showed up at Redemption Island on Survivor. Before we get to that, we start things off tonight at Murlonio, where Natalie and Ashley celebrate being the last two girls in the game. Ashley wants to stick together but Natalie is blinded by her adoration for Rob. I have a feeling that Ashley's in trouble...

Last night, Dancing With The Stars kicked off their results show with a well deserved encore performance of Maks and Kirstie's Argentine tango. Afterwards, they found out they were safe and have made it to the semi-finals, along with Hines and Kym!
Jerry Rice joined Len Goodman and Kenny Mayne for an episode of DanceCenter, which is always enjoyable. They pointed out Kirstie's ability to get quickly tongue tied and Romeo's constant reminder that he's "doing it for the kids".
