Last week, it was a huge celebration among the contestants as Nigel announced that, for the first time ever in the history of So You Think You Can Dance, no one would be going home from the Top 20. The party is over tonight though, as now four dancers must leave the competition.

Last night on Rocco's Dinner Party, Rocco DiSpirito invited three chefs (Joel, Michelle, and King) to compete to cook for his guests. They come from all different experiences and cooking backgrounds. King owns two restaurants, Michelle is a private chef, and Joel is a high school teacher.
For their signature dishes, Joel makes a seared duck breast, Michelle goes with crawfish, and King prepares noodles and scallops... or, just noodles. He runs out of time and doesn't even get to put his scallops on the plate.

When I first heard the concept on MTV's latest challenge, Rivals, I was immediately excited. There are some seriously badass teams here... with some bad blood between them. In case you haven't been schooled on the reasons why so many of these players hate each other, MTV set up a little online tutorial to get you up to speed.
Because of TJ's accident a few months back, it was uncertain whether or not he'd be able to host but as he emerges from the shadows,
