Wes has a plan on The Challenge: Rivals and I think that plan is to get punched in the face by CT. After all, if CT loses his cool (as he does on most challenges), he'll go home and nobody ever has to worry about facing him and Adam in the jungle. It's equally a brilliant and completely stupid strategy - because I most definitely would not want to get punched in the face by CT. He's like Pringles. Once he pops, he can't stop.

This week on Rocco's Dinner Party, executive chefs Ryan Poli and Fabio Capparelli, and caterer Jennifer DePalma compete for the $20,000 prize. Things get started with the signature dish competition. Fabio makes sea bass, Ryan prepares fish tacos, and Jen goes with chicken with tomato cream sauce.
The guys seem overly confident in their abilities and calmly prepare their dishes. Jen, on the other hand, runs around, knocks things over, and sips wine while cooking. Rocco felt Fabio's broth had no flavor whatsoever and Ryan's dish

With another week behind us, we are one step closer to
choosing our favorite dancer on So You Think You Can Dance. Though contemporary
is near and dear to my heart, I do wish we had a little more diversity left in
the competition. And with the only ballroom and tap dancer gone, and our hip
hop dancers slowly dwindling, it looks like this is boiling down to yet another
Battle of the Contemporary/Jazz dancers.

Last night on MasterChef, the contestants were asked to recreate a dish by season 1 winner Whitney Miller. The crispy catfish proved to be difficult for Adrien, Jennie, and Alejandra, who all landed in the bottom three. The judges ultimately decided to send Jennie home, for her salty fish and unappetizing cole slaw. Today, we caught up with her in an exclusive interview to learn more about her MasterChef experience.
