Just weeks after husband Apollo Nida began serving an eight year prison sentence, Real Housewife of Atlanta Phaedra Parks has filed for divorce. According to Phaedra, she had no idea about her husband's involvement in illegal activities until he was arrested.
 
Nida was facing up to 30 years in prison for charges of wire, mail, and bank fraud. Back in July, he was sentenced to eight years by a judge who granted him some leniency for his cooperation in the federal investigation.
 
Nida reported to prison in September to begin his sentence,
