Last week on The Biggest Loser: Couples, each of the final four contestants, Ron, Helen, Mike and Tara, reflected on their time on the ranch and on the show. Each of them ran a marathon, then weighed in one last time. Helen and Tara secured their spots in the finale, while Mike and Ron fell below the yellow line, pitting them against each other in America's vote for who the third person in the finale would be.

It’s hard to believe that we’re already down to the final three this season on American Idol. It seems like just yesterday that we were watching Tatiana Del Toro melt down. Raise your hand if you’re happy those days are behind you. The end is near and Danny, Adam, and Kris all have the finale within their reach. The show opened with a group performance with the pros dancing to Should I Stay Or Should I Go. More "filler" followed with each of the couples reviewing what they did during the competition and what they found to be most enjoyable as well as challenging. It took a while to get to the first round of dance which was a bit frustrating.
Tonight the final four couples danced for the judges votes and the viewer votes twice to determine who will be in the finals next

Last night, The Amazing Race came to a heartbreaking conclusion for mother and son team, Margie and Luke. They started the last leg in second place but quickly lead the pack through two tasks. When they stopped at a road block, Luke felt he had the challenge in the bag. Teams had to search through surfboards, find symbols that represented each leg of the race, and place them on a fence in the correct order. It seemed Luke would easily complete the challenge

On last night’s season finale of The Amazing Race, Tammy and Victor pulled off the near impossible. Not only did they cross the finish line first and become the winners of The Amazing Race, their entire alliance made it to the final leg and finished the race as well. Tammy and Victor started the race as a force to be reckoned with but a meltdown in Romania almost cost them the race. They regrouped, got focused, and never looked back. Today, the winners
