Last time on The Biggest Loser, the contestants got makeovers to compliment their new bodies. After inspirational speeches by all, it came down to Rebecca and Liz, splitting the house in two. In the end, Rebecca lost out to list in a 3-1 vote, leaving only five in the house.

Starting next week, each dancer will randomly pick a new dance and partner for each performance show. Good luck guys! I was floored by the fantastic quality of tonight’s performance from all 12 dancers—here’s how each did.
Dancers: Ryan Di Lello and Ellenore Scott

Last week on Dancing With the Stars, the celebrities took to the floor in decade-themed dances. Joanna Krupa and her partner, Derek Hough, fell just short of the finale extravaganza, leaving just Mya, Kelly and Donny to dance it out for the mirror ball trophy.
Tonight, each couple has to do three dances: a ballroom dance, a freestyle to a song of their choice and a "megamix," which is a mashup of three songs where all three couples will be out on the dance floor shaking
