Last night on The Biggest Loser, the teams had to pick captains who would be responsible for motivating the team to workout throughout the week. The Black Team picks Marci, who gets rave reviews. Meanwhile, the Red Team picks Justin who, well, doesn't. All he seems to do is give half-hearted pep talks and talk about how great he's doing. Fantastic leadership there, Justin.
First task for the captains: pick someone to cook for the week. Marci picks Olivia, because she thinks Olivia knows the most about nutrition. Next task:

"Flood Tide"
For Robert Irvine's next Restaurant: Impossible mission, he heads to Mystic in my home state of Connecticut to tackle the Flood Tide restaurant. It's located in a major tourist spot but the owner, Jody Dyer, is concerned because business has tanked over the last few years. Upon first glance, the biggest issue is that this restaurant is super outdated... it looks like nothing has been touched since the 80s!
