Jersey Shore star, Mike Sorrentino, aka "The Situation" has been indicted on tax fraud charges in federal court today. The indictment alleges that Mike and his brother, Marc, failed to properly pay taxes for almost $9 million in income.

The charges for the two brothers are "conspiracy to defraud the United States," facing penalties and fines up to 3 years in prison and $250k. In addition to this charge, Mike was also charged separately for not filing a tax return for the 2011 tax year, which could possibly be an additional $100k and

Tonight the Duggars are separating. Jim Bob, Derek (Jill's fiance), Ben (Jessa's boyfriend) and Jon David Duggar are headed to Horseshoe Bend Ranch in Jasper, AR for a guys trip while a few of the girls are with Michelle in DC wedding dress shopping for Jill's upcoming nuptials. While in DC Jill asks the girls to be her bridesmaids which includes her sister-in-law (by the time every Duggar gets married the girls will have worn 162 bridesmaid dresses). We're back with week three of our favorite social experiment. It's day 20 and no one else has left. Couple update: Bris (Bri and Chris) have decided to separate (as in move their beds across the room from each other). Ha! If you've watched the live feed you know that they are still bed buddies despite the splitting of the beds. And #OmaHottie Taylor (one half of Tex) admits to Hex that he was a male escort for a year. No wonder he's ok with knowing so little about a lot... at least he's pretty.
