Joe Giudice was extremely upset when Teresa told him about the confrontation that she had with her brother at Kathy's pool party. He issued her an ultimatum, saying that while her brother's children were welcome in his home, Joe Gorga was not. This week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis planned a surprise party for the twins' 4th birthday and she was not playin' around. This party had princesses, makeup (lots of makeup), puppies, and even a story about how she almost died during childbirth. Things are slightly more uplifting when Alexis can't put down a friend's baby and declares that she has come down with a serious case of baby fever. Not sure how Jim feels about that one.

Last week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Brianna dropped a bomb on Vicki and told her that she and her on again, off again boyfriend Ryan eloped in Vegas.
