The extraordinary sixth season of AMERICAN IDOL came to a spectacular conclusion tonight as 17-year-old Jordin Sparks was crowned the competition's youngest-ever winner during the live two-hour season finale on FOX. Sparks from Glendale, AZ, emerged as America's choice in a competition that began with over 100,000 hopefuls who auditioned in San Antonio, Minneapolis, Memphis, Birmingham, Los Angeles, New York and Seattle. SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The vote is in and Blake wins "American Idol" -- or at least is expected to win based on a poll released by Quepasa Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ:QPSA) . In a poll sent to its approximately 1.2 million members, 60% voted for Blake and 40% voted for Jordin.


Among women, Blake came in with 53% and Jordin at 47%. Blake faired even better among men, with 65% of the male respondents voting for Blake to win and 35% voting for Jordin. A total of 1,034 responded by Monday morning to the survey…
