Tonight, on The Challenge: Cutthroat, Chet finally returns after his trip to the hospital following last week's dangerous water challenge. It seems like he's good to go and his red team couldn't be happier... until there's a knock at the door from TJ, which is never good news. TJ informs him that the medical staff feels he can't compete anymore without risking his health and needs to go home so out the door he goes. Chet, we'll miss you!

This episode of Hell's Kitchen starts off with vicious tempers and only seven chefs remaining. After Trev submitted Russell for the last elimination, Russell is steamed and is ready to take on everyone by himself. However, this will not help the blue team as Gordy presents the communication and timing challenge to the contestants. Chef Ramsay is not impressed with either team's ability to communicate effectively and is going to put them to the test.
