The Duggar family is one baby bigger! Well, maybe the Dillard family is one baby bigger. Jill (Duggar) and her husband Derick Dillard welcomed their son they named Israel David Dillard on April 6th at 11:49p. Happy grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle said, "We are so thankful for a healthy Mom and baby!" on the Duggar family Facebook page. "Love this sweet baby Israel! We are happy grandparents and we promise more pictures soon!" Weighing in at 9 lbs, 10 oz Baby Dilly was born over his original due date. According to
