Have we been "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" for 15 seasons!? Yup!

E! News shares a first look of the upcoming season of "KUWTK" returning this summer. "Things have really changed," Kim Kardashian says in a life shift that is all business, business, business.

In this family there's still always drama when salty sister Kourtney Kardashian asks Kendall Jenner, "Have you looked on the Internet? Do you see what people say about me compared to you?"

The matriarch Kris Jenner who keeps the family unit together says in the clip, "Sooner or later, you guys are gonna realize how much you all mean to one another."

Check out the first look trailer below, but it doesn't look like there's a glimpse of Khloe or Kylie welcoming their babies. A whole new season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" returns this summer, only on E!
