Down in Lafayette, Louisiana, the doctors are meeting with Lee. He has frontal nasal dysplasia, a Tessier cleft which is right down the center and is very rare. Facial clefting means the face does not fuse and actually has a high mortality rate. HIs first operation was at 3 years old where they took a piece of hip bone and grafted it into his nose. He still feels pain in his hip as an adult. He does have a 12 year old son who stays with him every summer and is very mature for his age. Although his family is more than supportive, he has become more isolated during his adulthood. Lee isn't really worried about the size of his nose, he's worried about his ability to breath and maybe getting this nostrils a little more symmetrical. Dr. Nassif considers this a re-structure, not a re-model but thinks it's doable. Dr. Nassif's plan is to harvest rib for reconstruction, remove the hip bone in the nose, rebuild and straighten the nose, then pull down the left nostril. During surgery the team harvest rib but all of it is calcified (which they later find out was due to a car crash). This means that they have to harvest rib from other areas. By the way, the fracturing of tiny nasal bones is grossssssss! And, if they aren't precise it could affect his eyes or his brain. The good news is that Lee may get a more narrow nose. His reveal is to his son and he's barely recognizable. "His nose made him special. He's still special but his nose is fixed, so he's even more special." HOW FREAKIN' CUTE IS THAT?!?! And not a scar in sight.

Ever seen two fancy-pants LA guys eat with their fingers? How about sucking heads? CRAWFISH, PEOPLE! I bet they don't even eat bbq with their hands. Let's be honest, Terry looks a little uncomfortable with the notion. Moving on...

Off in Rancho Cucamonga... Addie was a conjoined twin, separated at birth, and her twin did not survive the surgery. To add to the pain, Addie was left with a severe deformity on her buttocks that reminds her of this every single day. During pregnancy her mother thought she has having only one baby, even though there were several ultrasounds. At birth they took the babies away and did surgery. Dr. Dubrow feels that the doctors knew that the other twin wasn't viable so they made the decision to save Addie. Childhood was normal for her, but the teenage years were brutal, causing Addie to hide and become socially unavailable. Even at 35 she has never had an intimate relationship, even kissing. But when asked what her expectation are, she exclaims that she would prefer for her butt to look like Beyonce or Jennifer Lopez. Bringing her expectations down, Dr. Dubrow gets her to admit that an improvement is all she really needs. However, during her exam he finds that she is missing tissue so he would have to bring tissue into the area. His plan is to perform liposuction on flanks, lift up scar tissue and skin, move scars toward they inner cleft across the midline and then use the lipo fat to fill in the area. TID BIT: When putting in fat, you have to put in more than the area needs because only 70% will remain healthy and stay. In the end, no pun intended, Addie is thrilled. "I don't even recognize my own booty." At her reveal she is a knockout! Her adorable bubble butt in that tight little romper must feel so good.
