Meghan and her husband are finally getting pregnant and we get to be there for it. Chill out, it's Bravo not Skinemax. Did you know that embryos have percentage chances of implanting? Out of Meghan's 17 eggs they were only able to get FOUR normal embryos, 3 girls and one boy. Although her husband was really wanting a boy, the chances of that one implanting are the lowest. So in two go, a male and female, and if you pay attention to real time you know they are not expecting a baby GIRL around the holidays! Yay IVF!

Back to real Housewives news... the ladies are fresh off of the sushi party where Kelly called Shannon a C U Next Tuesday and everyone is debriefing. Heather wants to annihilate any relationship/acquaintanceship she has with Kelly while Meghan has no problem telling Kelly she is embarrassed to be her friend. Usually Tumultuous Tamara is actually calm on this one and plays devil's advocate. She believes that Kelly must be going through something to make her feel like hurting others is ok. And she won't rest until she fins out what it is. It begs the question on wether she will use it against Kelly once she does find out.

Meanwhile, Shannon's husband is trying to go from zero to hero. He surprises her with a birthday getaway with the help of Heather Dubrow, but little does Shannon know that it's so much more. The ladies feel like it's a vow renewal before David discloses the information but Shannon is left utterly speechless, with the exception of "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"... which her twitter followers have turned into a drinking game. Should we talk about how the suite at their hotel is total home goals?? Wow!

Once she gets over the shock of the surprise birthday party, she's more concerned with the fact that she didn't get hair and makeup done for filming. But, she looks great so no worries there. When she realizes it's her vow renewal, her kids at the altar and everything, she then wishes she would've worn a different dress. Like any of us wouldn't have thought the same. Being blown away and wishing you would have dressed differently aren't mutually exclusive, right? The surprises aren't over yet... he's taking her on a 4 day trip to Cabo for their "honeymoon". Enjoy the sweetness.
