Bravo announced the ladies of the Big Apple are back for another season. "The Real Housewives of New York" season 8 premieres April 6.

Housewives Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and they're joined by a new housewife, socialies Julianne "Jules" Wainstein.

"This tumultuous season is marked by the pursuit of love: the ladies who have it are trying to keep it, and the ones who don't are trying to get it," according to the Bravo press release.

This season Bethenny is ready to begin dating again while she continues building her Skinnygirl empire, but she experiences some unexpected health issues deraling the dating plans. Ramona remains single and ready to mingle while she attempts to sharpen her dating skills. Dorinda and John continue to grow their romance, but Dorinda feels she's constantly defending their relationship. Luann is ENGAGED and never happier, but she's on the outs with most of the other housewives because of unsettling rumors about her behavior.

The new housewife, Jules, is a stay-at-home mom of two, and married to Michael Wainstein a principal at Private Capital Group. The couple share their time between their homes in Manhattan, Water Mill, and Miami.

Here's a sneak peak of the upcoming season 8 of "The Real Housewives of New York" premiering Wednesday, April 6 at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
