At the beginning of the episode we learn that Michelle's blood work is in which will determine the future of their family. Although conception isn't totally impossible it is mostly unlikely. But the Duggar parents are happy either way. And it looks like marriage plans are in their kids future so it's time to pass the torch to the next generation.

The last we saw of Derick he and Jill were in Nepal saying goodbye. Now he's coming home to Arkansas and the whole Duggar family is headed to the airport to welcome him home. This will be the first time he has met all of the Duggars. Even though there were 20 Duggars plus his own family there to greet him, he and Jill couldn't keep away from each other... Jill even set off the airport security alarms when she crossed the line to get to him as quickly as possible. And in true Duggar fashion they went in for a side-hug, but in true young adult fashion they had a slip-up and gave a front hug (all of .5 seconds long) but you better believe every Duggar noticed.

Michelle sets up triple date for the Duggar couples taking them to a nearby etiquette class. (Hints all around, men!) But Derick is noticeably uptight but who can blame him when he's been in Nepal eating with his hands for two years.

The video the boys made in DC is about to be shown to Michelle and Jim Bob for their dinner theater that the children have planned over the past few months. On the menu?: soup, salad, well-well-well done steak with sweet potato fries and asparagus, with apple pie and ice cream for dessert (it would take 45 apples to make enough pie for every Duggar to have a slice). Remember when Jessa said she's not the best cook? We'll let that theme carry on.

Next week on the season finale we will watch Derick as Jim Bob for Jill's hand in marriage, with Jim Bob coming back with a valid fatherly question, "How will you provide for her?".
