Tonight’s episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starts off where we left, with Kim and Kyle being completely rude to Brandi at Dana’s Game Night of Terrors. Kyle brings up Brandi’s son peeing at Adrienne’s, and Brandi kind of loses it and says that Kim has been doing crystal meth in the bathroom all night long. Ok, so there is definitely SOMETHING going on with Kim, she is completely disoriented this season, but the delivery wasn’t that great on Brandi’s part and because she has a foot in a cast, she loses some of her power.
The fight is getting ugly when Brandi starts to cry, and decides to leave. Of course, she can’t find her crutches because mean girl Kim hid them from her like a high school popular girl would do. For some reason, everyone at the party is siding with the sisters too, which is a shame, because they are being evil mean girls. Dana is so far up their butts at this point, no one is sure if she will ever find her way out again.
Lisa has heard about the disastrous game night, so when Adrienne and Kyle come over, Kyle fills them in. Adrienne understands where Brandi was coming from though. Later, Lisa has Kevin Lee, a high end wedding planner over to her home. (I thought she would be more of a Mindy Weiss fan). Mother and daughter are going back and forth with having the ceremony in a church vs. at the house. This Kevin guy is crazy...he wants the budget to be a million dollars. Where did she find this guy? Although a Google search shows that his weddings are gorgeous and I like his Hermes belt!
Taylor empathizes with Brandi and meets her for lunch. Well, at least Brandi is eating…ahem…Taylor has coffee. Game night comes up and Brandi is really upset about it. Taylor says that Kim has been having panic attacks and maybe was taking something for them, but Brandi just doesn’t accept that. Taylor suggests that Brandi talk to Kyle if she wants to make peace. Again, I find myself siding with Brandi here.
Kyle, meanwhile, is going to Palm Dessert with Kim and their families to stay at their mom’s former home. Both of them want to work on their relationship and are trying. When Mauricio shows up, there are still open wounds, because Kim accused Kyle and he of stealing this house…turns out Kyle thinks she bought both of her sisters out of the house, while Kim just thought she took out $20,000 of her share and when she went to pay it back, Kyle and Mauricio said they didn’t want a “partner”. Kyle admits that the house is just as much Kim’s too, for all intents and purposes.
Camille, her mom, and D.D. are going to an event for cancer research that they are being honored at. All the girls are invited to come, including Lisa and Adrienne. This is the first time that Kyle and Brandi will be seeing each other again. Poor Camille goes up to give her speech and she is terribly nervous…gahhh…it makes you nervous just watching her! Poor thing!
During the meal, Kyle and Lisa are whispering to each other at the table, and Kyle and Brandi never speak. AWKWARD. Lisa can’t believe that no one is speaking to Brandi and thinks she has to say something. She finally asks Brandi where she lives but the conversation doesn’t go anywhere. This group mentality is disgusting. I thought Brandi was going to be this awful person from the previews, but now I am getting defensive of her.
Kyle is the ring leader of this and I am hoping as the season unfolds she lets up and doesn't turn into the villain ala Jill Zarin, Nene Leakes and Teresa Giudice. I mean, Brandi's four year old son was peeing on Adrienne’s grass. Big deal! Brandi has a broken foot and was shooting her very first scene with these women….what did they expect? She wasn’t going to hobble over and make a scene! She was probably embarrassed and overwhelmed. And the crystal meth comment…it wasn’t out of left field. Brandi has never met her, and something seems wrong with Kim. Maybe it’s not drugs, but something is up. It’s OBVI. Duh!
