Big Brother 13

Last night on Big Brother 13, Adam and Dominic are each left thinking that they're the pawn on the block (which, of course, never bodes well for the rest of the week, since one of them is bound to find out they're the target). Even though all seems easy in the Big Brother house, Daniele starts taking a look at her Golden Key and realizes this could be the week to make a move in the game.

Adam and Dominic pow wow and decide they need to win the POV (did I mention there has been a record-setting amount of throwing competitions on this season?), but they also wonder about Jeff and Jordan. Could they get them to use the Power of Veto if they win? I want to say no, though Jordan's growing dislike for Rachel might tempt her to use it instead.

Dominic certainly doesn't act like a virgin--he's straight up a flirt. He turns on the charm with Daniele and tries to get her on his side in case he stays on the block with Adam. So, Daniele chats up Rachel and Rachel starts turning on Jordan, especially since the whole house has been asking her to put them up. Rachel thinks it's not the smartest move, but Daniele makes the point that it's not the worst move, either.

Dominic starts making deals with Rachel to put himself in a better position should he stay on the block. Apparently Dom is planning to turn on Brenchel is two to three weeks, but for now leeching off of them is the best move in his mind. However, everyone begins to notice the odd relationship growing between Dominic and Daniele, which causes a lot of people to take a moment and pause--not necessarily a good thing in the house.

Surprise, surprise: the third chip pulled for the veto ceremony is Jeff and Jordan, meaning this is shaping up to be the ultimate showdown. With Jeff and Jordan and Brendon and Rachel planning to throw it, this should be an easy win for Dominic and Adam, right?

Right! So Daniele takes her chance to strike and slips it in Rachel's ear that Jeff and Jordan need to be put up when Adam and Dominic win. However, Rachel is smarter than that and points out to Jeff and Jordan how fence-sitting Daniele is being. With the finger on Daniele, both couples come to an agreement that they're better working together than tearing each other apart.

The POV competition is basically a gross take (think hairy woman legs) on the challenge where house guests have to find letters and spell a word. Just like in his season, Brendon pulls together a 15-letter word ("understanding") and wins the veto. Dom is satisfied, because he thinks Jeff and Jordan are going up, while Jeff and Jordan are happy because they think they're safe.

Daniele continues to push Dominic and Adam staying on the block, particularly Dominic, because he's being two-faced. One conversation with Shelly later, Jordan now finds out the master plan: Daniele and Dominic and trying to backdoor Jeff. Jordan is pissed and taken aback, because she though Dominic was nice.

Now Daniele has been implicated as the root of all the evil, while fingers get pointed across the house. Now Brendon and Rachel want Dominic out for sure, because they think he's Daniele's right hand man. After consulting with Jeff, the two returning couples make a solid final four agreement and decide that Daniele needs to walk out the door next week.

In a quick turn of events, Brendon opts not to use the POV on Adam and Dominic, making Dominic a little more wary of his situation in the house. Dominic starts feeling threatened and running around to his "allies" make sure his deals are holding up. Daniele is pissed, too, but she's ready to rumble if she has to.
