Another Tuesday and another Flipping Out!  We left off with Zoila getting plastic surgery, Cole having backsplash tile issues and Chaz Dean being a stickler with the deadline there, and Sarah having a hard time with her job but also getting ready for her wedding.

 

We are onto the second phase of Zoila’s surgery; she is getting the neck lift, face lift and upper and lower eye lift.  Jeff wants to watch the surgery and is joking with her, but the surgery is pretty serious.

 

Jeff is picking out furniture for Cole but Chaz is being difficult.

 

Gage has booked a speaking engagement at the Las Vegas Design Center.  Jeff wants to also make it a bachelorette party for Sarah, but Gage is against it.

 

Everyone is getting ready for Zoila’s surgery and recovery. It seems kind of obvious that Zoila is getting nervous.  The entire team goes to her surgery to watch behind a glass window. The more vulnerable Zoila is the harder it is for everyone to watch.  Once the surgery is over, they wheel Zoila into the recovery room and everyone is on pins and needles as they try to revive her from the anesthesia. Jeff is really freaked out while Jenni and Sarah look on.  Finally, she wakes up and tells Jeff to shut up. Relieved, Jeff starts teasing her again, about how peaceful it is when she is quiet.

 

In Vegas, everyone gets ready to go out, and Jeff gives Sarah grief for not wearing a bra. Chaz even makes it to the party! Everyone goes to dinner, and Gage seems worried the entire time.  Sarah is getting tipsy at dinner and starts talking about her sex life. Jeff thinks it’s a little TMI when she starts to talk about how she likes it…um…in the front and back. Her words, not mine.

 

A wet napkin toss ends dinner at it’s off to the party bus. Of course, the bus had a stripper pole so all of the girls (minus Jenni) look like they actually know what they are doing on the pole. Gage is super uncomfortable when they get to a giant strip club as he has never been to a strip club before. They go into a private room and Sarah gets a lap dance.  For some reason, everyone was more comfortable with women strippers. Trace was terrified, Chaz got into it, and Jenni, Jeff and Gage decided to cut the night early so that they could get some rest before his speaking engagement the next morning. Jeff is a bit disappointed when Sarah and Trace don’t show up for the engagement. It leads him to believe that they will not make it in the company.

 

I guess the confusing part is that Jeff does cross boundaries with his employees, plus he, as we have seen, picks them because they are young and good looking. When he acts shocked because they don't take their job seriously his feelings are hurt. Maybe Jeff will skip the entire choosing an employee like it's Match.com next time. Really, I just want him to buck up and HIRE ME!
