NBC’s hit weight loss series The Biggest Loser is traveling the country searching for Season 11 contestants. Take a look at RealityWanted's exclusive interview with The Biggest Loser Casting Team below.

Anyone interested in auditioning for the show are encouraged to apply for the new season, which will premiere in January of 2011.

The Biggest Loser is hosted by Alison Sweeney. The show challenges and encourages overweight contestants to shed pounds in a safe and recommended manner through comprehensive diet and exercise by working under the supervision of professional trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels.

The unscripted and life-altering series gathers contestants from across the country to face real-life temptations, while being provided with approved weight-loss skills and resources in an effort to help them transform their bodies, health, and ultimately, their lives.

Casting producers are looking for outgoing and charismatic individuals and teams of two who have the personality, desire and competitive edge to compete for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lose weight, change their lives forever and possibly win the grand prize of $250,000. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States.

While they will try to see everyone, The Biggest Loser casting teams will do their best to see the first 500 people in line, so get there early! However, keep in mind that people will not be allowed to line up prior to three hours before the start of the open call.

Candidates need to bring a non-returnable photo of themselves (and their partners, if they are applying as a team).

Auditions will be held in 11 different cities (mentioned below) around the country to find individuals and teams of two who have at least 100 lbs. to lose.
