On this week’s episode of Private Chefs of Beverly Hills there are three different parties and several different chefs that we have not met until now.  There is a High School Homecoming Dinner for a very picky teenager that Chef Brian, Chef Jesse and Chef Anne are assigned to. There is a Bachelorette Party that Chef Stuart and Chef Elizabeth are working. And there is a secret Dinner for 2 where Chef Robin and Chef Matty are asked to recreate Client Ben’s honeymoon dinner for his wife, without letting her know that chefs cooked it.

The Homecoming  Dinner is first, and the teenager, Skyler is super picky. She wants it better than the other parties that are happening around town. The menu that Brian and Jesse come up with is: Appetizer is Roast Butternut Squash Soup, Spicy Tuna Tartar, and an Artisan Cheese Plate. For dinner they will serve Paradise Salad and Filet Mignon with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus. For dessert, it’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches with Frozen Hot Chocolate. When Chef Anne shows up, she immediately starts directing Brian and Jesse, who don’t like it and ask her to stop barking out orders. The teen’s mom comes in and expects the chefs to decorate the entire event, to which Jesse asks if she has hired an event planner. She hasn’t, so he has to stop cooking to go set up. The teens love the appetizers, including Chef Brian’s “crack” chips, they dislike the salad which has Feta cheese on it, but they love the steaks and the dessert so the event is a huge success.

The second event is the Bachelorette Party. Chef Elizabeth is very chatty which throws Stuart off his game and he ends up killing his chocolate mousse. Unable to salvage it, they move on. Chef Elizabeth is there to teach the women how to make some food and the menu is: Appetizers of Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Heirloom Tomato Salad. The dinner will be Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Glazed Carrots, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. And for dessert..well…that is still to be determined. Chef Elizabeth goes to teach the women how to roll the spring rolls and leaves Stuart to figure out what to do about dessert. He finds a box of brownie mix and has to ask Elizabeth how to make it. He has never made dessert from a box.  The food is great and the women are happy. They wing the dessert which is a Brownie with fresh whipped cream. The women seem to think that Chef Stuart is the dessert, or the stripper, to Chef Elizabeth’s amusement.

The third event is for a high strung hoverer named Ben. Ben wants his wife, Stacy to believe that he cooked the food, which is really kind of a turn off to begin with for both Chef Robin and Chef Matty. On the menu: Ceviche with Green Curry and Ponzu. Seared Ahi with Stir Fried Bok Choy and Asian Pesto Noodles. The client keeps hovering and tries the noodles. He hates them and thinks they are way too salty so Chef Robin dumps them and starts over.  In the middle of the process, Stacy pulls into the driveway and both Matty and Robin have to duck until Ben escorts her into the back yard. What a jerk! Stacy loves the food that Ben is taking credit for and the evening is a *secret* success.
