We will provide you with a whole new life for 3 months - but you have to give up EVERYTHING/EVERYONE.
This is for a major broadcast network.

PLEASE BE SPECIFIC! Give at least 3 reasons and each reason should have at least 1 SPECIFIC incident that has led to your decision.
