Nate Berkus Show seeking Ladies with Legal Questions. Our attorney could offer her legal advice! We will be pre-selecting ladies to ask their questions from our VIP audience section at the studio.
The segment will film 9/8/11 in Manhattan.
The types of questions we are looking for are related to:
Relationships/Dating/Divorce
(ex - What happens to inheritance in a divorce? Who gets the ring if an engagement is called off? If my fiancé calls off the wedding at the last minute can I sue him/her Are they entitled to pay?....)
Internet:
(ex-What legal actions can I take to protect/provent my family from Facebook bullies? My daughter sent her boyfriend a topless/racy photo and he posted it on FB/internet, what can I do? Is my info safe on online dating sites?
Family:
(ex- Nursing home issues/caring for older parents? Can I prevent my teenager from getting birth control at school?)
Real Estate/Job Force:
(ex - Due to economy- I have a foreclosure/buying home/renting issue... I'm re-entering job force later in life-Can a potential employer legally ask me my age? I have a pension plan, but I need Social Security too, can I draw both?)
