Fredrik is trying to get his Time Warner listing to stay at $34,975,000 but the lister wants to increase the amount to $42,000,000. Even though there haven't been any offers and the feedback is that the original amount is too high, Sheryl feels that it's the perfect time to raise the price. Fredrik breaks out numbers that in make his target audience the Asian countries based on total individual wealth. To get in the mindset he finds a Chinese teacher to help him learn the culture. Unfortunately it's too little too late, Sheryl has fired him via a letter from her lawyer. His lost commission is $1,049,025. Ouch. His pain doesn't last long because he and his husband have decided to have a baby. Congrats!

Ryan is listing an Upper West Side apartment and the person in charge of hiring him is the owner's personal assistant. It was purchased for $2,700,000 and combined and renovated for $750,000. Ryan wants to list it for $5,250,000 but the owners are looking for no less than $6,000,000. His potential commission is $165,000 if sold. But no one likes the labrynth-like layout and the only offer coming in is at a low $3.8 million. Regina (the assistant) is not pleased. Time to get baby friendly to make family-centered Regina happy. The balloons, the games, the cheerios, the kids band, a milk bar... the plan is that they won't notice the maze. New offer: $4.2 million. Regina is still not happy. After a back and forth, all cash and quick closing offer, they agree on $4,500,000. Ryan's commission is $135,000.

Luis is selling a 7500 square foot corner town house in Harlem in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood for Dr. and Mrs. Jones. He sold them a home in Puerto Rico last year so they are comfortable working with him again. Unfortunately they're not up for negotiating from a $3,500,000 price tag even though Luis thinks that's too high. To get people interested in moving to Harlem he has to get creative.... cocktail block party it is. Why not meet your new neighbors before you even buy? "Boom!" The turnout wasn't what he expected but he has two offers, but not at the Jones' high price.
