Makeover week is here! Makeover week is here! This is the milestone on The Biggest Loser that the contestants not only look forward to, but we viewers do as well. The final five (Joe, Dannie, Jackson, Jeff, and Gina) meet up with fashion guru Tim Gunn and celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves, who reveal that they're not the only ones getting makeovers. Sunny, Lindsay, and Biingo are there to change their looks as well.

 

One by one, Tim meets with the contestants and takes them through a rack of clothing that he's picked out for them. It's amazing to see each person out of their gym clothes and in outfits that not only fit them properly, but really highlight their figures as well. From Biingo's hesitation towards anything too "fancy" to Danni's look of disbelief at herself in the mirror, it's hard not to smile through each of Tim's makeover sessions. Over at the salon, Lindsay and Sunny chop their long locks while Jeff shaves the facial hair and opts for a much shorter do.

 

All of the contestants head home for two weeks to reveal their new looks and of course, their family and friends cheer in amazement at their new look. Of course, the trip home isn't just fun and games - there's work to do! The trainers send letters to everyone, challenging them to lose 5% of their body weight and lead a workout in their community. If they can lose the 5%, they'll receive immunity at the weigh-in.

 

After a week of fending for themselves when it comes to food and working out, as well as managing their time, it's back to the ranch where the scale will tell the tale of how successful they were able to be. Here's how the numbers fell...

 

Danni: -10 (5.43%)

Jackson: -15 (6.00%)

Joe: -17 (6.51%)

Jeff: -19 (6.44%)

Gina:-10 (5.78%)

 

Before anyone stepped on the scale, Bob reminded them of Chism's shocking elimination last season during this same week and said he hoped history wouldn't repeat itself.  Thank goodness it didn't!  Everyone did an amazing job away from the ranch and it really seems any one of them could win it all.
