The second part of a two-part Hell's Kitchen episode includes the monumental 100th Hell's Kitchen dinner service. While Ramsay expects the night's dinner service to be nothing short of fantastic, Gordy has a challenge awaiting the chefs in the early that morning. After an early wake-up call, the chefs meet Ramsay in a grocery store. Each chef will have one of the four meats assigned for a dish: beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Each team has sixty dollars and twenty minutes to gather ingredients for the dishes.

Russell, just as he does in the kitchen, starts ordering his team around like a father dealing with three stubborn kids. Despite this, each team gets their shopping done on time. The blue team is able to match their allotted budget while the red team exceeded the budget by six dollars forcing them to put an item back. Both teams have rung out their ingredients and head back to Hell's Kitchen to cook what they just bought.

After completing their dishes, Ramsay introduces four high profile judges to gauge how much they would pay for each dish in a fine dining restaurant. Nona introduces her beef and red sauce dish which hits a mark with the judge as she is given the highest price for her dish. Rob fell four dollars behind Nona with his beef and onion presentation. Boris and Gail present their pork dishes and both were described as plain and dry. Russell was able to pull through again with his chicken dish as Trev fell short. Finally, Sabrina gains confidence with herself and with her team as her lamb dish wows the judge leaving Vinny in the dust.

The red team continues their winning streak and is treated to a sailboat ride and oceanfront dinner at the Maya Hotel and resort.

Meanwhile, the blue team is fuming with their consecutive loss as they are forced to fumigate the entire kitchen and make the restaurant look spotless for dinner service. Though both teams dealing with internal struggles, they must lay that aside for the biggest dinner service in Hell's Kitchen history.

The next morning, Gordy gives his pep talk outside. This is when he breaks the news to the chefs about the centennial mark as he looks up to the Goodyear blimp circling overhead scrolling the 100th dinner service message for all of Los Angeles to see. While the chefs look up, a limo pulls up in front of the group. In celebration of the milestone, Gordy invited Hell's Kitchen winners of season three, four, and five to sit at the VIP chefs table for the night's dinner.

Later, Chef Ramsay opens Hell's Kitchen as Sabrina greets the newly seated guests with caviar plates. In the kitchen however, Boris is already beginning to sink his team forcing Rob to leave his station to dig Boris out of the sinkhole. On the red team, Nona has stepped up her game and is mastering the appetizers. Similar to Boris and his struggling situation, Trev finally begins to show signs of weakness in the garnish station

After one hour of dinner service, the red team's customers are satisfied. He blue team's diners are sending back Vinny'y overcooked lobster dish. As Trev continues to flail, even with the entire red team trying to push Trev's garnishes out, Gordy orders Trev to leave the kitchen for a breather. As the red team tried to pull together to help each other, Rob is getting the silent treatment from Russell as the blue team continues to go under. Disgusted by the service the blue team is presenting, Chef Ramsay kicks out the entire blue team. With all of the boys out of the kitchen, the women excel. Thanks to the women pushing out entrees for both the red and blue teams, dinner service ends on a positive note.

After what was supposed to be a monumental high in Hell's Kitchen turned into an embarrassment, Gordy demands two elimination nominations from the blue team. While the blue team decides on which two to send to Ramsay, Trev and Sabrina but heads back in the dorms in a verbal bout. The blue team decides that everyone but Russell had a terrible night resulting in Rob, Vinny, and Boris to stand in front of Ramsay for elimination. In the end, Boris's lack of production caused him to be eliminated. Now he doesn't have anything to sweat. As Boris leaves wiping his brow, Ramsay isn't finished. He calls out Trev to come explain himself. Will he get eliminated too? Find out next week on Hell's Kitchen.
