Big Brother 12

Last night on Big Brother 12, the HoH picked up where it left off, with everyone fighting through the rope course for the coveted power of the week. Fresh from Rachel's eviction and with fire in his eyes, Brendon dominates the competition and wins Head of Household and the power to make three people Have-Nots for the week. To get more revenge on Rachel, he penalizes Britney, Matt and Ragan.

Britney, knowing that she's massively screwed this week, decides to put the brakes on hating on Brendon. Instead, while she threatens to kill herself several times over in the diary room, she turns the charm on Brendon and gets him to think he can trust her. All of this, of course, happening after Brendon called Britney to his room to come talk to him. Could he get any worse at strategy? I was beginning to think his game might get better without Rachel.

Meanwhile, Ragan is busy trying to keep himself in the house and play the position of Saboteur at the same time. His current task is to keep the rumor alive that there are indeed two people who knew each other from the start of the game, putting targets on Britney and Kathy's back, whom most people thought were mother and daughter from day one.

Aside from America's duties, Ragan proposes a secret alliance with Brendon knowing full well he didn't mean it. However, Brendon seems to want to believe it (along with everything else "miraculous" this week), because he starts thinking about alternative options.

Other people who are thinking about alternative options are the four members of the Brigade, who can slowly see their alliance coming to an end. Matt is too cocky to be weighed down by the other three, Hayden wants control, Enzo wants to stay clean and Lane is, well, Lane. So, as a result, they've started gathering their own troops--Matt has Ragan, Lane has Britney and Hayden and Enzo are picking Brendon (notice how Kathy still has no one).

Hayden and Enzo start pressuring Brendon to put Britney and Ragan up, because they see it as the easiest way out of their alliance going up, while still cutting off any possible ways out their "allies" have. And, since Brendon was very vocal about his dislike of both of them, they figured those two would be easy targets.

Brendon doesn't fully take anyone's advice, however, deciding to make Ragan his main target this week. So, he nominates Ragan and Lane together this week to make sure Ragan goes home.

Tune in on Wednesday at 8/7c to Big Brother 12 to see who wins the next Power of Veto and if they use it to save either Ragan or Enzo--only on CBS!
