Tonight, on Hell's Kitchen, the final four chefs are asked to dress up and meet Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen. This season's will be cooking at the esteemed Savoy Grill in London, which is currently undergoing renovations. Because they can't actually visit the restaurant, Ramsay brings the restaurant to them. After feeding them one of his signature dishes from the Savoy, he presents tonight's challenge: replicate the dish that they just finished eating.

Because the chefs have to make this dish without any recipe or list of ingredients, they'll have to rely on their palettes. Everyone seemed to feel that venison and pancetta were the key ingredients, except that Jay chose flank steak and Autumn chose bacon. Jay was correct in adding pear to his puree, when no one else did, but got his protein wrong. It comes down to Ben and Holli, who have the right protein but the wrong puree. They seem deadlocked until Ramsay decides to go with Holli, feeling that Ben's puree was too watery.

Holli heads off for a relaxing day on a yacht while the remaining three stay behind and clean the dorms. Better than the yacht, Holli is surprised by her son and his father. Left behind, bitter Ben feels that Holli is more into partying than being passionate about food. He works himself up so much that he bows out of dinner prep, claiming he has a back injury, asks to see a chiropractor, and questions whether or not he's healthy enough to stay in the competition. What a whiner!

Ben heads to talk to Chef Ramsay and tries to leave the competition but apparently is talked back to it. He walks back into the kitchen like nothing happened after he completely blew off prep!

On to dinner... this is the service where Chef Ramsay tests the final four on quality control. Translation: their dishes are sabotaged on purpose. Jay passes his test with flying colors, Holli started slow but managed to do okay, Ben runs hot and cold but has very good overall service, and Autumn goes on a giant power trip.

Once service is complete, the chefs head upstairs to nominate two people for elimination. Everyone wants Ben to go up for quitting and missing prep. When they come downstairs though, Chef Ramsay wants to hear from each person who should be in the final two. Of

course, everyone says themselves and makes their case to get to the finale.

Double elimination time. Autumn is asked to remove her jacket first, followed by Ben.  The showmance couple will face off against each other next week!

Don't miss the Hell's Kitchen finale, next Tuesday at 8/7c on Fox.
