Meanwhile, the women's Team Empresario and the crumbling men's Team Hyrdra are each given an empty storefront, models, a construction crew and mattresses – to create a living window to promote Vera Wang mattresses by Serta. One team struggles with the leadership of their project manager, as they are asked to raise their hands before speaking, and the fallout from the Vinny and Piers fiasco continues to affect the various team members.

In the end, Vera Wang and the Serta executive choose the best window display, and a celebrity from the losing team goes home on Thursday, February 7 (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET/PT).
