Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kyle return to your Kuarantine TV schedule tonight in the season 18 premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" on E!. 

The family continues to title endless headlines, and this season goes beyond the gossip to get the real stories. Kim continues her passion and pursuit of prison reform, while Kanye pursues the passion of Christ with his Sunday Service tour. Kourtney maintains her modern family with Scott, along with Khloe and Kylie too. The sister fights persist and perhaps get physical!
