Sixteen-year-old Chevel Sheperd was named the champion of "The Voice" Season 15, Tuesday night. The country singer from Farmington, New Mexico earned the most votes, and this makes back-to-back victories for coach Kelly Clarkson.
In the season 15 finale, Chevel was joined by fellow Top 4 finalists Kirk Jay and Chris Kroeze from Team Blake and Kennedy Holmes from Team Jennifer.
Monday night, the talented teenager debuted her original single, an emotional pure-country ballad titled "Broken Hearts," and in Tuesday finale she had a special duet performance with Grammy-nominated country music duo Dan + Shay, singing the "Speechless," which is currently the duo's #1 song on Billboard Hot Country.
Chevel Sheperd has earned herself a recording contract for winning "The Voice" this season.
"The Voice" returns this spring for season 16 on NBC.
