The hot hotel staff live together in tight quarter while burning the candle at both ends to "manage their relationships with each other as well as cater to every whim of their high-class vacationers."

The "Timber Creek Lodge" staff includes: CEO "Gibbons Life," Joey Gibbons, "VIP Mountain Host, Cynthia Barker, Lodge Manager Katy Boyd, Lodgehand Blake Dubler, Housekeeping/Server Jenna Gillund, Assistant Lodge Manager Jamie Murphy, Senior VIP Mountain Host Mark Milburn, Heado Housekeeping Louise Robinson, VIP Mountain Hose Colston Villanueva, and Chef Nikita Williams.
