Lanique is a 66 year old with a breast that has ripples and horrible scars. She had her first surgery at 37. When she went to another surgeon for a fix she had issues and the implant needed to be removed and new one put in... however it was the wrong size. Dr. Dubrow finds sever disfigurement and is willing to take on the surgery, despite her lengthy and crazy stories and boob dancing. Dr. Dubrows plan is to make them look more symmetrical by taking out the old implants, reinforce the thin tissue, then put in better implants and perform anchor lift so the scar falls at the natural crease. During surgery he finds something he can't identify and thinks it's a piece of silicon splint used for the nose. When he pulls the left implant out he finds more floating silicon. Strange items in a strange woman. At her reveal she is thrilled to be able to wear low-cut tops and is happy having smaller breasts.

Candace has a bumpy, wide nose. When she started school she began to get bullied about her wide nose so at 12 her mother investigating plastic surgery for her but during surgery he broke the nose improperly causing damage. The problem with surgery so young is the body isn't done growing so surgery hinders the normalcy. During her wedding she didn't hire a wedding photographer because she didn't want to remember that day with the appearance she has. She's hoping to relive her wedding day with a new nose. Dr. Nassif's plan is to harvest rib, remove the mesh, then fracture and restructure the nasal bone. During surgery he finds permanent sutures so he removes them. She's happy with the results and even re-enacts her wedding day for the photo-ops.

Elle is a 36 year old with high breasts and low nipples. Raised very conservatively, she moved to California with her sister and wanted everything California had to offer including breast implants. Once she found out you can get augmentation through the armpit she was sold. After surgery she was bruised from neck to waist and it took her six months to even lift her arm. She didn't even have a post-op appointment and her fireman boyfriend was the one to remove her stitches. Since it's obviously hurting intimacy, she's looking for normalcy so she can meet the right guy. And it would seem perhaps Dr. Nassif might be what she's searching for. During the exam they find that she has animation and think they can fix it and make it more aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Dubrow's plan is to remove old implants and move the muscle. He'll finish by closing the pockets so they don't fall into her armpit and replace with larger implants. While he is happy with them, the question is if they are Baywatch enough for her. And they are. But Dr. Nassif hasn't returned the flirty favor, yet.
