Dr. Nassif saved Luci's life. After motorcycle accident in Italy 15 years ago, Luci's face was left flat. Before Dr. Nassif could agree to a procedure, he order scans which showed an aneurysm. Two brain surgeries later she's finally ready for her new nose. Even though she's high risk Dr. Nassif agrees to the difficult procedure, calling it his most difficult case in 10 years. There is a 50% chance she could end up looking worse. (Did you know that riding a roller coaster causes enough brain damage that it could pop an aneurysm? So says Dr. Dubrow.) Dr. Nassif's plan is to drill the brow for contour then use rib cartilage for shape. Unfortunately the reveal isn't what she wants because the extra skin flap left on her nose for the next three weeks. In the end she actually has a profile and is thrilled.

Leslie started developing at an early age and she was embarrassed by the large size of her breasts. When she started DJing she realized she could be sexy and embraced them until they started sagging. At her first surgery the surgeon put saline implants over her muscle to fill out the upper portion of her breast. Now she is a 34DD and wants a more natural look. Dr. Dubrow says she has Grade 4 droopiness, which is the worse kind because the droopier you are the more risk to the nipple when you lift it. After about a 60% reduction her and the doctors are thrilled.

Tuesday was in a bad marriage and wanted to feel better about herself so she went to Mexico for a face lift where the surgeon also put silicone in without her knowledge. Immediately afterwards she felt the damage. After American surgeons wouldn't touch her she went back to Tijuana to the same doctor and he caused her to lose feeling in her face. The doctors say there's nothing they can do, but she can do non-invasive producers like lasers instead.
